Venue pricing:

• $500 / 3hr minimum

• $750 / ½ day access / (6 hours any time frame)

• $1,200 / This gives you full day access (12 hours any time frame)

  ***$150 cleaning fee will be applied to each booking***

Rental Requirements

For our venue you must have a day of coordinator to work with us. This person is the point-of-contact and are in charge of setting up, breaking down, ensuring venue policies are maintained, etc. You will also have one or two LIT From Within team members on site to help facilitate these things as well.

How do I secure my date?

A signed rental agreement. By booking, you agree to the terms of a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date. Final balance is due 30 business days before your event.
