Cleaning Fee Policy

A cleaning fee will be applied to all rentals, based on the type and size of your event.

  • Light Events (e.g., baby showers, meetings, workshops): $75–$100

  • Moderate Events (e.g., birthdays, graduations): $125–$175

  • Large/High-Impact Events (e.g., weddings, big parties): $200–$250

Rental Requirements

For our venue you must have a day of coordinator to work with us. This person is the point-of-contact and are in charge of setting up, breaking down, ensuring venue policies are maintained, etc. You will also have one or two LIT From Within team members on site to help facilitate these things as well.

How do I secure my date?

A signed rental agreement. By booking, you agree to the terms of a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date. Final balance is due 45 BUSINESS days before your event.
